We produce tuna loins to meet the needs of canning industries.
Loins are big pre-cooked tuna fillets, cleaned by hand where they are caught, packaged and
then immediately frozen. These fillets therefore arrive directly at the processing
and canning site in the best conditions possible.
We make our loins from yellowfin, skipjack and bigeye species in 7-8 kg packs.

The tuna is caught and frozen directly on the fishing boats. It is then transported and unloaded at Abidjan port. From here, it is immediately taken to our production plant located near to the port and stored in a cold room. The tuna is partially defrosted every day
and cooked in water using simple, natural methods. It is then thoroughly cleaned and selected exclusively by hand and
immediately frozen to -18°C in vacuum-packed bags to make our loins.
The tuna fillets are now easy to use, once properly defrosted, by any canning industry for a wide range of products.
